How To Order

ORDERING

You can order online using our secure website with payment processing provided by Paypal. By placing an order you are offering to engage in a contract with us, and we are not legally obliged to accept your offer. On receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation.

It is our standard policy to take payment at the time of ordering. We accept all credit and debit cards.


Delivery

Your items will be carefully packaged and posted to any address in the UK.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.

Heavy orders may require an increased delivery charge within the UK. All online orders are despatched within 1 – 3 working days using Royal Mail, or a courier service for large items.

Rest of the world - for deliveries to countries other than the United Kingdom, postage charges and delivery times will vary according to destination, so please contact us for a quotation before you place your order. You may have to pay import duty if your delivery address is outside the EU.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as possible. We will always email you with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel your order. If your order is sent in more than one delivery, you will still only pay one postage charge.


Returns & Refunds

It is really important to us that you are pleased with your order.

If for some reason you are not satisfied you should return the product to us within 7 days ensuring it is unused and in the original packaging. Please include the delivery note and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement.

If your goods are broken or faulty please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned to us. We will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage. We recommend that you use registered mail as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. We regret that we cannot refund postage charges on returned purchases unless an item is faulty.
